Which size does my dog need?
First, measure: your dog lying stretched out, nose to tail. Then tell us how they settle and we’ll show why a size fits.
Suggested size: L · 70×55 cm
That leaves about 5 cm of mat beyond their nose-to-tail length.
Between two sizes? Choose the bigger one — you have 60 nights to decide.

Sizing, delivery and returns, answered
How do I choose a size?
Measure your dog nose to tail while they are stretched out. Add about 5 cm if they curl up, 15 cm if they stretch a little or 25 cm if they sprawl, then pick the smallest mat at least that long — the size finder above does the maths. Between two sizes? Choose the bigger one.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are prepared in 1–3 business days and shipped from our manufacturing partner in China. Delivery to Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Malaysia usually takes 6–10 business days after dispatch; allow up to 4 weeks at peak times.
Shipping is free on orders containing 2 or more items in these four countries, including a ChillMat with an add-on. For single-item orders, free shipping starts at A$49, NZ$55, S$42 or RM140 after discounts for the relevant destination. Below these thresholds, standard shipping is A$9.95, NZ$11, S$8.50 or RM29 respectively. Your final rate is shown at checkout. Import duties are covered on Australian orders.
Do I need to freeze it, add water or plug it in?
No. There is no gel, no water and no power. The ice-silk weave feels cool against their coat and the mesh backing lets air flow through. Just unroll it where they nap.
What if my dog chews it?
The ChillMat is soft quilted fabric with bound edges, but no mat is chew-proof. Supervise the first few uses and take it away if they start mouthing it. Damaged on arrival or faulty? We replace or refund it without requiring you to send the mat back.
What if it is not right for us?
Email nexontrllc@gmail.com within 60 days of delivery with your order number. Used is fine. We refund the full product price to your original payment method; you keep the mat and do not need to send it back. This promise is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Still unsure? Email nexontrllc@gmail.com — we reply within one business day.

“Good quality, more for the pet to lie on than to be covered. good value for money. I'll update in the future when I see if it really helps with the heat.”
