Dispatch: orders are prepared in 1–3 business days.

Australia delivery: 7–14 business days. Customs and import duties are covered by us (DDP) — nothing extra to pay on delivery. Free AU shipping on orders over A$99.

30-day no-questions returns: if the mat is not right for you, email info@karakusllc.com within 30 days and we will arrange the return and refund.

Size guarantee: if the size does not suit your dog, we exchange it free of charge and we cover the return postage.

Damaged or faulty item: we cover return shipping and replace or refund it.
