Shipping is free over A$49 — every ChillMat qualifies — otherwise it’s a flat A$9.95. Orders under A$1,000 are duty-free in Australia, so there is nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives.

ChillMat is made from soft quilted fabric with bound edges, but no mat is chew-proof. Supervise the first few uses and take it away if your dog starts mouthing it. If it arrives damaged, email info@karakusllc.com and we will replace it.
