About PawFresco

PawFresco makes simple cooling mats for dogs and cats, made for hot Australian summers.

A cool-feeling spot in the busiest part of the house.

Our mats are made by manufacturing partners in China and shipped directly from their warehouse. Orders are prepared in 1–3 business days, then usually spend 6–10 business days in transit with YunExpress. Customs duties are covered (DDP), so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.

If the mat isn’t right for you, email nexontrllc@gmail.com within 60 days of delivery with your order number. Used is fine. We refund the full product price to your original payment method — you keep the mat and don’t need to send it back. There are no return shipping or restocking fees. This promise is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
