Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

All orders are shipped from our fulfilment location in Turkey.

Delivery estimates (after dispatch)

Australia: 7–14 business days
Türkiye: 1–5 business days
Other destinations in our shipping profile: 7–20 business days

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

Customs, duties and import taxes

All applicable customs duties and import taxes are included in the price you pay — you will not be asked for any additional payment on delivery (DDP).
