Return window

You may return your order within 30 days of delivery — for any reason, with no conditions.

How to start a return

Email info@karakusllc.com with your order number. We will reply with the return address and simple instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received, we will issue a full refund of the product price to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. No restocking fees.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer, except when the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect — in that case we cover it.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging; we will replace it or refund it in full.
