Track your order

Your tracking number is emailed as soon as your parcel is dispatched from our warehouse (usually within 1–3 business days). It can take up to 48 hours for the carrier to show the first scan.

If your tracking has not moved for 7 business days, or your order has not arrived within 30 days, email info@karakusllc.com with your order number and we will chase the carrier or make it right with a refund or replacement.
